You need to ask me to open the ring before you apply to it, otherwise you'll go through the whole process only to discover that the system won't let you submit the form that you just filled out, putting your work to waste. Very frustrating and no, that wasn't my idea. It's just an oversight built into the system.

What you need to do is sign up for my ring management list, mention your site in a post and tell me that you'd like to join this ring. Please specify which ring you wish to join, as I run more than one. I'll take a look at it and if I'm sufficiently appalled, I'll open the ring for you. If you've done all of that and I've given the go ahead, then let's continue on to the application page on Ringsurf.
